In 1999, a small group of people had a great idea: to bring pet shops online and make life easier for pet lovers. Today zooplus SE is Europe’s leading online retailer of pet supplies. With over 8 million active customers in more than 30 European countries and 1,8 billion Euro revenue in 2020, zooplus is comfortably the market leader in the online segment. zooplus currently employs more than 1000 employees in 10 international locations, working in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Category Management, Purchasing, IT, Logistics, Finance and HR.

At zooplus, we believe e-commerce to be the sales model of today and for the future. Poland's geographical location makes it a transit hub between Western and Eastern Europe. Poland attracts people not only because of the consumer market, strategic central location and on-going investments, but also the Polish spirit, medieval architecture and lively cultural activities. Online store zooplus.pl was launched in 2007 and after few years we opened offices in Kraków and in Wrocław with the logistics centers in Wojkowice and Krosno Odrzańskie.

I joined zooplus group in August 2020. I joined the zooplus team in 2018 as FC Ambassador and I was promoted to the Routing Specialist after 1.5 years of work. Currently I am responsible for planning the transport network, supervision and distribution of orders between our Fulfillment Centers. What I like about zooplus is that the company has given me the opportunity to use and further develop my analytical skills. I also appreciate the team's commitment to a common goal.

As the Head of Fulfilment I am responsible for making sure that our customers are getting their parcels packed with the right articles, in the right quantity and in a way that they arrive pristine. As we are a fast growing company, my team and I are constantly looking into increasing the capacity in our fulfillment network. Staying at the pulse of innovation, the introduction of new technology, automation and deeper data insight into the business is part of my role. What I love about zooplus is that that a small team is managing such a growing business and having the possibility in a flat hierarchy to influence and implement change while having fun with the team.
